My guest on today’s podcast is Tanisha Patel, Tanisha is a UKIHCA accredited health coach that specialises in helping women with Hypothyroidism on their diet, sleep, stress, exercise and gut health. Like so many of us, Tanisha has taken the time to research and work out how to manage her thyroid health holistically and taken control of her health. In doing this she has found ways to give herself more energy, feel better, reduce symptoms and now she is helping others to do the same.
