This program’s core focus is on making dietary changes that support your thyroid health. This is a common starting place for many people with thyroid conditions. Kickstart a food Lifestyle

This program is all about helping you develop a thyroid-friendly way of eating that is sustainable.

eat real food

Focus on nutrient rich food – meat, vegetables, nuts, seeds etc. A Food & Recipe Guide book is provided. This is NOT a meal plan.

remove

Gluten, grains, dairy, sugar, legumes (you can do it!) These are common thyroid triggers and typically inflammatory.

journalling

Keeping a journal of your progress will help you stay on track and see the impact of the changes you’re making.

small steps

Develop HABITS that you can easily integrate into your daily life. Stress less, sleep more. Move. KISS – Keep It Super Simple.

Mindset

Daily Affirmations are provided to help you improve body image, attitude to your thyroid + relationship with food.

CLEANSE

Adding in some cleansing essential oils &/or supplements to compliment your hard work. (Optional)

This is how it Works

  1. Once you sign up, you will receive the Kickstart Guidebook to download which has everything you need to know to get started.
  2. You also get the 30 Day Journal and Food Ideas & Recipes ebooks to download.
  3. If you want to do this on your own (ie not part of group intake) please let me know and we’ll work out your start date. If you are participating in a group intake, you’ll start as per the group!
  4. You will receive 4 preliminary emails to help you prepare your mindset and your home.
  5.  Join the Facebook Group (link in guidebook) for support.
  6. Then the program is delivered via daily emails to help keep you on track & motivated. (Past participants love these… “Thank you for your daily emails Annabel.  I am going to miss them”. Maree)
  7. For GROUP programs, there will be group coaching calls Mondays @ 12 noon AEST for 45-60 min to help you trouble shoot, ask questions, stay on track and SUCCEED. For individuals, you will have access to Annabel via email, messenger and as needed.

This all sounds great but what if….

I need more than dietary changes

This program includes daily affirmations and some focus on mindset, however is focused mostly on the food changes. 

If you want to overhaul your whole lifestyle in support of your thyroid health, my 1 on 1 KISS Thyroid Coaching Program: Keeping It Super Simple is for you.  It is 8 weeks of personal coaching through the program which focusses on the 4 core pillars: MINDSET, UNWINDING, FOOD, LOW TOX LIVING. ...I have special dietary requirements?

No worries! You will be able to adapt the program to your needs. The focus here is removing foods that are typically inflammatory and eating nutrient rich foods. There are no set ‘meal plans’.

... I don't have a thyroid problem - can I still join?

YES! This program is focused on clean eating which will benefit most people. If you’re not sure if it’s suitable please contact me and of course get medical advice if you have a specific medical condition.

...I've got a medical condition?

If you have a medical condition and you are unsure about whether doing this program will be suitable for you, please consult your health practitioner first.

This program does not provide medical or nutritional advice. It is a coaching style program.

...I need help or have questions?

...I want a detailed meal plan?

This might not be for you!  This is not a program with weekly meal plans and shopping lists, counting points/calories or grams and food journalling. This is a coaching and accountability program.

To me a meal-plan approach feels very ‘diet-y’ to me and I’m not a fan of that. This is about kickstarting a healthier relationship with food and your body. It’s a lifestyle approach.

I will provide recipes, ideas, tips & tricks and help to get you started and prepared, but you will have to put some effort in planning your meals and adapting the challenge to your own lifestyle which is far better for you in the long run.

 

... I'm not sure when it starts?

Please be aware that Day 1 starts the Monday following signing up (or at another time we agree after purchase).

You need time to prepare (I’ll guide you through this period too). The time between when you sign up and when it starts gives you time to read through all the material, plan your meals and shopping, clean out your cupboards and mentally prepare for the changes you are about to make.

If you sign up Monday to Friday, you’ll start the following Monday.

If you sign up on a Sat or Sunday, you’ll start the Monday a week later.

If you need to change your starting date, or have any questions, please let me know – it’s all set up manually by me, so there is some flexibility.

...I hate cooking?! (or need some help in the kitchen)

I’ve got your back! This is not a complicated ‘diet’. This is about preparing simple healthy meals. There are lots of recipes on What Annabel Cooks and in my cookbook, if you need some help.
