With all the talk on my podcast about living a thyroid-friendly lifestyle, you might wonder, what does that actually look like on a day to day basis.
Let me let you take a look into a ‘typical’ day in my life. Not that my life is perfect or all that interesting but sometimes it’s helpful just to see what someone else does to live in a certain way. Hopefully there might be one thing from what I do that is something you can take an try in your life.
What works for me might not work for you or may be applied slightly differently. If you’ve been listening for long enough, you’ll have heard me say that whilst there are some common areas we all need to explore in our our journies, you will need to find your own unique lifestyle. I wish there was a formula or protocol for a happy thyroid but there just isn’t. This is simply what I’m doing at the moment, and this can and will change over time as I adapt to changes in my health or life!
The key areas I cover in this episode are:

My work day.
My dinner and evening routines – including food, sleep, supplements and movement.
