- Use in a 5-25% dilution with carrier oil – sweet spot about 15%.
Essential oils for hypothyroid fatigue.
There was a study that had people inhaling a blend of peppermint, black pepper, clove and bergamot. They started noticing a difference after 2 weeks – so don’t give up after trying something once.
Essential oils for Autoimmune support
A drop under the tongue 1-2x a day. *May* reduce antibodies.
