I take a deep dive into my 4 month CGM/Blood Sugar experiment in this episode! I share very practical aspects of using a CGM (continuous glucose monitor), what I learnt about my blood sugar response to various foods and other stressors and some suggestions to get the most out of your own CGM experiment should you wish to give it a go!
